I started this website up because some years ago I thought about importing a boat from America but decided against it because of the hassle involved. This lead me to think how many other people had done exactly the same thing, and so the idea slowly began taking shape and I realised that nobody out there offers help with importing a boat which is quite different from importing most other things.

There are many many reasons for importing your next boat, maybe the model you want is not available in this country, or even in Europe, maybe you want to buy a specific used boat but can't find one here. The main reason people list though is cost.

Did you know that currently buyers in the US enjoy savings of between 30% and 50% on new boats compared to list prices in the UK, sometimes more with todays weak dollar.

We do not think this is fair, and our aim is to help UK buyers get the boat they want at the cheapest possible price, and to help as many people as possible get into boating and having fun.
